To pass, one needs to prove that one understands the key value adds that Human Resource Management brings to the table in an organisation, especially during this unforeseen and unpredictable labour market, and novelty in work culture and business environment. The purpose of the BCT’s BCom (Human Resource Management) degree, is to afford students with the quality education and skills required to be an efficient and effective Human Resource manager/officer, or for that matter, any manager that leads a team.
