The Higher Certificate in Hospitality and will teach students about hospitality management, commercial cookery, housekeeping, front-office skills, as well as valuable customer care and communication skills. Course Information

You may enter the programme, with:
  • A senior Certificate, granting access to higher Certificate studies
  • A further Education and Training Certificate.
  • A Higher Certificate studies, or National Certificate (vocational) at NQF Level 4 granting access to Higher Certificate studies.

The Higher Certificate in Hospitality and Catering is accredited by the Higher Education Quality Committee [HEQC] of the Council on Higher Education [CHE] and is registered on the National Qualifications Framework [NQF] with the South African Qualifications Authority [SAQA].

On successful completion of the programme, the student will receive a higher certificate conferred by the College Rector at the college’s official graduation ceremony.
